Heute waren Yael und ich an einem anderen Ort als sonst. Natürlich kennen wir diesen Hügel, waren einfach schon lange nicht mehr dort. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dass sie Flugzeuge über uns drüber geflogen sind. Ich liebe dieses Gefühl. Und auch wenn es eher ein „Hügelein“ ist, fühlt man sich direkt höher und somit den Maschinen näher.
Wir konnten heute einiges spotten. Unter anderem auch die Retro Livery von Condor. Yael’s Lieblingsfluggesellschaft. Wir konnten ein paar coole Fotos schiessen.

Die A6-EEF ist ein Airbus A380-861 von Emirates, ausgeliefert 2013, und gehört zu den konstant eingesetzten Langstreckenflugzeugen der Flotte. Sie wurde über Jahre hinweg auf besonders slot-kritischen Flughäfen eingesetzt, darunter London-Heathrow, Paris-CDG, Sydney und Zürich, wo präzises Handling des A380 gefragt ist. Spotter schätzen die A6-EEF, da sie regelmäßig auf wechselnden Routen auftaucht und nicht fest an eine einzelne Destination gebunden ist – typisch für Emirates’ flexible A380-Strategie.

Today Yael and I went to a different place than usual. Of course, we know this hill, but it had been a long time since we’d been there. We really enjoyed watching the planes fly overhead. I love that feeling. And even though it’s more of a small hill, you immediately feel higher and therefore closer to the aircraft.
We were able to spot quite a few things today, including Condor’s retro livery. Yael’s favorite airline. We managed to take some cool photos.
