Zugegeben: Die Fotos und das Video sind nicht das Beste. Das Wetter war an diesem Tag gar nicht gut. Aber das hat uns nicht abgehalten, ein paar Fotos und Videos zu machen. Von dieser Europa Park Livery wurden wir überrascht, denn wir hatten sie gar nicht auf dem Schirm. Umso grösser war unsere Freude, diese tolle Speziallackierung zu sehen.

Diese spezielle Lackierung zeigt die beiden Maskottchen des größten deutschen Freizeitparks Europa-Park „Ed und Edda“. Es wurde umgesetzt, nachdem der Park eine neue, fliegerbezogene Attraktion eröffnet hatte. Dabei handelt es sich um die Attraktion „Voletarium“ Flying Theater, welches im Juni 2017 eröffnet wurde. Dies ist übrigens die grösste Attraktion Europas dieses Typs. Ein hochmodernes Flugtheater, in dem Besucher in Gondeln wie im Gleitflug über spektakuläre europäische Landschaften „fliegen“ und auf riesigen Leinwänden visuelle sowie Sinneserfahrungen wie Wind und Gerüche erleben.
Übrigens: es wurden rund 350 Liter Farbe für das Flugzeug gebraucht.

Admittedly, the photos and video aren’t the best. The weather wasn’t great that day. But that didn’t stop us from taking a few photos and videos. We were surprised by this Europa Park livery, as we hadn’t even considered it. Our joy was all the greater to see this amazing special paint job.

This special livery features the two mascots of Germany’s largest theme park, Europa-Park, „Ed and Edda.“ It was implemented after the park opened a new, aviation-themed attraction, the „Voletarium“ Flying Theater, which opened in June 2017. It’s the largest attraction of its type in Europe. A state-of-the-art flight theater, visitors „fly“ in gondolas, almost like gliding, over spectacular European landscapes and experience visual and sensory experiences such as wind and smells on giant screens.
Incidentally, around 350 liters of paint were used for the aircraft.
